Traffic Control Flagger - Sheridan

Responsibilities: Direct and control traffic around construction sites or roadway hazards Communicate effectively with drivers, pedestrians, and construction personnel Observe traffic patterns and adjust signals to maintain safe flow Report unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisor immediately Follow all federal, state, and local safety regulations and standards Maintain a visible presence to alert drivers of changes and hazards Assist with basic site safety and support tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications: Entry-level experience in traffic safety or flagging but not required Safety compliance knowledge Strong communication skills Good observation and situational awareness Attention to detail Teamwork ability
