Venture Debt Associate: Startup Financing & Growth

Gunderson Dettmer seeks a junior or mid-level associate to join our Debt Financing group in our Boston or New York office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of direct experience in structuring and negotiating commercial loan facilities and other secured transactions. You will counsel both venture-backed and public companies, with significant client contact and interaction with CEOs, Boards of Directors, and venture fund general partners.
