Senior Plant Controller & Manufacturing Finance Leader

Addison Group SoCal is seeking a hands‐on Plant Controller for a high‐growth global manufacturing business in Los Angeles. You will partner with Operations and Finance to drive cost accounting enhancements, standard costing, and capital expenditure analysis while mentoring a cost accounting team. Reporting to the CFO, you will translate plant data into actionable business insight, strengthen inventories and fixed assets reporting, and support budgeting, forecasting, and month‐end close processes.
