Investment Banking Vice President – Healthcare Services/Life Sciences M&A | Remote Option

Key Responsibilities: Leading the day-to-day execution of M&A transactions across Healthcare Services and Life Sciences Managing transaction processes from initial pitch and preparation through due diligence, negotiation, and closing Developing and reviewing financial models, valuation analyses, transaction materials, and client presentations Coordinating with clients, private equity sponsors, strategic buyers, legal advisers, accountants, and other transaction stakeholders Managing and mentoring Associates and Analysts while maintaining a high standard of execution Supporting senior bankers with deal origination, pitches, and broader business development initiatives Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry participants Developing a deep understanding of sector trends, valuation dynamics, and key strategic themes across healthcare Taking increasing responsibility for client coverage and new business development The successful candidate will ideally have: Significant investment banking or M&A advisory experience, with experience operating at the Vice President level or readiness to step into a VP positionA strong track record of executing M&A transactions Experience within Healthcare Services, Life Sciences, or a closely related healthcare vertical Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and transaction execution skills Excellent communication and presentation capabilities Experience managing junior deal team members The ability to manage multiple live workstreams and transactions effectively Strong commercial judgement and confidence interacting directly with senior clientsA collaborative, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to operate effectively in a flexible/remote working environment
