Job Responsibilities: Perform thorough patient assessments, conducting physical exams and analyzing medical histories Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions utilizing imaging studies and laboratory results Work in unison with surgeons to develop and implement individualized surgical care strategies Provide intraoperative support that includes preparing operating rooms, ensuring proper patient positioning, and effectively managing surgical instruments during operations Offer outstanding pre- and post-operative care, overseeing medication delivery, wound management, patient discharge protocols, and educational needs Required Education Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Completion of clinical rotations that emphasize surgical practice is preferred
