Retail Sales Specialist - Honolulu, Pearl City, Mililani, Aiea, HI

What You'll Do: Execute merchandising plans, planograms, and retail resets Maintain in-store product presentation, pricing, signage, and promotional displays Identify opportunities to improve sales, inventory turns, and category performance Write and recommend product orders that support customer needs Support new product introductions and store conversion initiatives Partner with store teams to resolve inventory, shipping, claims, and product issues Monitor and communicate sales trends, customer feedback, and market insights Verify planogram accuracy and order missing items as needed Assist with new store openings, special events, and promotional activities Travel throughout the assigned territory to support customer locations

Required Skills: 3+ years of retail, merchandising, customer service, or related experience Bachelor's degree plus 1+ year of retail experience considered equivalent Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Comfortable lifting up to 35 pounds and using ladders as needed Ability to travel up to 80%, including occasional overnight travel Ability to travel by air as required This position requires driving a company vehicle and meeting company motor vehicle and insurance eligibility requirements. You must have a valid U.S. driver's license for at least three (3) continuous years immediately preceding today's date. Must reside in or near Honolulu, Pearl City, Mililani, or Aiea
