Our client is a premier U.S law firm. They seek a Senior Pricing Analyst to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities:
- Construct financial models to evaluate pricing strategies, profitability, and alternative fee arrangements
- Assess financial risk and exposure while recommending optimal pricing structures
- Present pricing recommendations, financial assumptions, and profitability analyses to partners and senior stakeholders
- Leverage data analytics to identify matter precedents and maintain pricing databases
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop client budgets, staffing models, and scenario analyses
- Design pricing templates, budgeting frameworks, and financial responses for client RFPs and proposals
- Monitor fee adjustments, write-offs, accounts receivable trends, and pricing performance metrics
- Coordinate with billing teams to implement and track client fee arrangements accurately
- Mentor analysts by reviewing work, providing guidance, and ensuring analytical consistency
- Manage multiple pricing, budgeting, and financial analysis projects while staying current on legal market pricing trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of pricing finance experience
- Open to industry but legal preferred
- Private experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly analytical
