Machine Operator

Machine Operator 1 Produce welded pipe, cut blanks, and produce small components utilizing laser welders & front-end machines Operate machinery according to established guidelines and safety protocols Operate Flexi Star, 400, 1000, Gary Line, Mecon, Flat Laser, Plasma, Novatec & Re-shear, small rotary Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to team lead and supervisors Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery Complete schedule for day and note any down time or other issues preventing you from completing schedule Check material for any defects. Let supervisor and quality department know when defects are found Know how to accurately read and use a tape measure to 1/32"Fill out work order paperwork Maintain a clean workstation and production floor Be punctual and maintain good attendance Entry level position Attention to detail Accurately read and use a tape measure to 1/32"Accurately read pie tape Accurately use a micrometer Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
