GenAI Enterprise Agent ML Research Engineer

Scale is seeking an Agent ML Researcher (Agent MLRE) to advance post-training and agent-building algorithms across real enterprise datasets. You will train state-of-the-art models and develop agents that hill-climb datasets using our proprietary methods. The role focuses on production-level LLM work, RLHF/RLVR, and related algorithms, with opportunities to publish and contribute to enterprise benchmarks.
