Grill Staff/Cook

We are looking for a reliable, energetic Line Cook to join our busy breakfast and lunch kitchen in Pacifica California. If you take pride in preparing fresh, high quality ingredients, love a fast-paced environment, want your evenings back to enjoy your life, then, this is the ideal opportunity for you. Station prep: set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station with all necessary supplies prior to service. Food Preparation: read tickets and prepare breakfast and lunch items to recipe presentation standards. Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and quality, coming out in a timely manner alongside with the rest of the team. Safety & Sanitation: maintain a sparkling clean and sanitized work station and strictly adhere to California food safety and health regulations. Teamwork: Assist with daily prep work and collaborate with the front of the house team, to guarantee a smooth service.1-2 Years of line cook or relevant kitchen experience.Μust be able to work weekends. Valid California Food Handler Certificate.
