Director of Inventory Management

Key Responsibilities: Lead inventory strategy, controls, accuracy, and optimization Drive improvements in inventory turnover and reduction of excess/obsolete inventory Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, reconciliations, and audits Own inventory-related SOX controls and compliance Develop KPIs, dashboards, policies, and process improvements Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales & Finance Optimize ERP/WMS systems and reporting Lead and develop a high-performing inventory control team Ideal Background:10+ years in inventory, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain 5+ years leading inventory control or warehouse teams Strong distribution/fulfillment inventory control experienceERP & WMS expertise Strong Excel/analytical skills Knowledge of SOX/internal controls Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field This is a director-level leadership opportunity for an experienced inventory professional.

Salary: $150-170k + 12% bonus
