- Ensure all estimates meet strict internal standards for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Design Interpretation & Problem Solving
- Translate architectural intent into clear, buildable, and costed scopes of work
- Identify missing details, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in plans

- Be comfortable picking up the phone and driving discussions forward when needed
- Process Ownership & Execution
- Own the estimating process from initial plan review through final submission
- Maintain organized documentation of estimates, revisions, and assumptions
- Continuously improve workflows for efficiency and accuracy
- Drive projects forward independently with minimal oversight
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in architecture, construction estimating, or related fields
- Strong experience working on luxury residential projects
- Proven ability to perform detailed estimating and takeoffs from full plan sets
- Hands-on experience estimating flooring systems (hardwood, tile, stone, etc.) and interior finishes and materials
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with or supporting U.S.-based companies or clients
