Job Description: Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew (Part-Time)
Location:
Monroe, WIAbout the RoleWe are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Event Set-Up & Tear-Down Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting, assembling, and disassembling event displays for various local events, shows, and promotions. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, being part of a team, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, transport, set up, and tear down event displays and materials
- Drive a company-provided truck and trailer to and from event locations
- Ensure all displays are assembled safely and professionally
- Maintain the condition and organization of equipment and materials
- Work closely with team members to meet setup and breakdown timelines
Requirements:
(Non-Negotiable) Ability and willingness to perform heavy lifting and move large displays Comfortable driving a truck and trailer Availability to work weekends Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Experience with event setup, construction, or similar physical work is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred
