Director, Nuclear Licensing & Regulatory Strategy

Xcimer Energy, based in Colorado, seeks a seasoned Regulatory Affairs leader to own licensing and permitting for nuclear facilities. You will interface with the NRC and state regulators, guide complex applications, and coordinate with Engineering, Legal, and External Affairs to ensure timely approvals. You will build and manage a team, oversee NEPA processes where applicable, orchestrate inspections and reporting, and drive regulatory compliance across environmental and building permits.
