JOB SUMMARY: The Wealth Advisor serves as a primary point of contact for client relationships, helping clients navigate financial decisions related to retirement, investments, tax planning, estate planning, risk management, and wealth transfer strategies. This role works closely with our advisory, planning, operations, and service teams to provide a proactive and high-touch client experience. Unlike many advisor roles, this position does not require building a book of business from scratch — you will transition into established client relationships, work with warm prospective clients generated by the firm, and focus on delivering financial advice and planning rather than prospecting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Relationship Management•    Participate in and ultimately lead client meetings.•    Develop trusted relationships with clients and their families.•    Deliver a proactive and personalized client experience.•    Prepare and facilitate annual and ongoing review meetings.•    Address client questions and planning opportunities promptly. Financial Planning•    Analyze client financial situations and identify planning opportunities.•    Present financial planning recommendations clearly and confidently.•    Coordinate retirement planning, cash flow analysis, tax planning strategies, estate planning coordination, education planning, and risk management reviews.•    Work with internal planning resources to develop comprehensive recommendations.•    Help clients implement and monitor planning strategies. Prospect Meetings•    Participate in discovery and strategy meetings with prospective clients.•    Clearly communicate the firm's value proposition and planning process.•    Help prospective clients understand recommendations and next steps. Team Collaboration•    Work closely with Relationship Managers and the Advisory committee.•    Coordinate account openings, transfers, distributions, and client service requests.•    Maintain accurate client records and workflows within CRM systems.•    Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement initiatives. Technology & Process Management•    Utilize firm technology systems effectively.•    Maintain accurate client data and workflows within Redtail CRM.•    Leverage planning software to support recommendations and client presentations.•    Follow established workflows and compliance procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS: •    CFP® professional or CFP® candidate.•    5+ years of experience in financial services.•    Experience in a financial planning-focused environment.•    Experience participating in or leading client meetings.•    Strong communication and presentation skills.•    Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.•    Strong organizational and follow-through skills.•    Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: Within the first 90 days, you will:•    Become familiar with our planning process and client experience standards.•    Begin participating in client meetings and review cycles.•    Develop relationships with assigned clients.•    Learn firm workflows, systems, and service standards. Within 6–12 months, you will:•    Independently lead client meetings.•    Manage an assigned group of client relationships.•    Identify planning opportunities proactively.•    Become a trusted advisor to clients and their families.
