Senior Associate/Attorney - Plaintiff Personal Injury

Location/Schedule: Jacksonville, FL – Hybrid, three days per week in the office

The Role: Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from filing through verdict. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery and post-trial filings. Take and defend fact and expert-witness depositions. Attend hearings, mediations and settlement conferences. Retain and work directly with appropriate experts. Negotiate settlements and try cases before juries. Lead and provide direction to litigation support staff.

Core Requirements: Active Florida Bar admission. At least three years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. A minimum of two jury trials as first chair. Ability to manage a large and active litigation caseload. Strong courtroom presence and eagerness to try cases. Excellent writing, negotiation and analytical skills. Experience leading or coordinating with support staff is preferred.
