About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent to support a global organization in managing domestic and international travel arrangements. This role involves working closely with aviation and travel departments to coordinate company aircraft schedules and commercial travel for employees worldwide. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Galileo, and the ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities: Book and process domestic and international travel using Worldspan and other reservation methods Coordinate company aircraft schedules and passenger arrangements Learn and apply basic Concur functions, TRAMS back office, and ARC reporting requirements Assist with Corporate Credit Card program and expense auditing Support Aviation/Travel/Treasury teams and contribute to operational goals Partner with Travel Manager on forecasts and miscellaneous projects

Required Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of Travel Agent experience

Preferred Qualifications: College degree (preferred but not required)
