In what is a newly created opportunity owing to explosive growth (both from a new product perspective + geographical coverage), we're looking for a technically strong accountant with an exceptional grounding in ASC 606 who is an established business partner cross-functionally, with a particular focus on Product & Engineering, Sales, Legal and FP&A.If you're looking for an opportunity to work with the smartest people in the industry on a daily basis, whilst being one of the founding members of the US accounting function – This is for you! Key responsibilities to include: Own the monthly revenue close process Act as the revenue SME, working closely with Sales & Legal functions by providing ASC 606 guidance on customer contracts Partner closely with Product & Engineering around new product launches from a revenue accounting perspective Prepare revenue workpapers Continue to improve and automate revenue processes, utilising AI at every opportunity
