Salon Area Manager

What You'll Do: Lead and support multiple salon locations to deliver exceptional results in client experience, stylist development, and operational excellence. Coach, mentor, and develop Salon Managers and their teams of Hair Stylists, building a positive culture rooted in teamwork and growth. Partner with company Leadership to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies that drive success. Oversee profit & loss management, ensuring financial targets are met. Ensure each salon operates at peak performance, from staffing and training to brands standards and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.

What We're Looking for: 2+ years of multi-unit or multi-salon management experience.2+ years of proven leadership and team coaching experience. Strong understanding of salon operations and the unique needs of Hair Stylists and Salon Managers. Excellent communications, training, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in business systems, data analysis, and Microsoft Office tools. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly between salon locations. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout salons for extended periods.
