The Successful Applicant Proven experience in managing luxury residential projects with multimillion dollar houses from start to finish Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct on-site teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with clients and subcontractors In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards, processes, and best practices Strong organizational skills to manage schedules and budgets effectively Problem-solving abilities to resolve challenges efficiently and keep projects on track A solid track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Experience managing subcontractors and ensuring contract compliance What's on Offer A competitive salary range of around $120,000 to $160,000 yearly, depending on experience.
