Apply for this role →$16 to $18 an hour. Monday through Friday, day shift. No nights, no weekends, no mandatory overtime. Sound Connection is a family-run car audio and electronics company in Nixa, MO. Our warehouse picks, packs and ships heavy, high-value gear (subwoofers, amplifiers, speaker enclosures) to customers across the country every weekday.
What you will do:
- Pick orders with a scanner and get them right
- Pack fragile, heavy boxes so they arrive perfect
- Receive and put away inbound freight
- Keep inventory counts accurate
- Learn the forklift and pallet jack (we train)
- What the job takes
- Lifting 50 lb on your own, repeatedly, and team-lifting heavier cartons with a coworker
- Being on your feet all day
- Reliable transportation and steady attendance
- Forklift experience is a plus, not a requirement
Pay$16 an hour to start with no warehouse background; $17 to $18 with a year of pick/pack experience or a forklift certification. Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit.
