Part-Time Hospice Social Worker Compassionate Support

Sanctuary Hospice is seeking a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or MSW to provide compassionate social work services to hospice patients and families in Summit, Portage, Stark, Wayne, and Medina counties. This part-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–2:30 pm, focusing on psychosocial assessment, counseling, care planning, and collaboration with the RN Case Manager and Bereavement Coordinator. A valid state license and reliable vehicle are required.
