Financial Designs Ltd. (FDL) seeks a full-time Director of Human Resources/Finance to oversee all business operations from our Denver office. Reporting to the President, this on-site role combines HR leadership with financial stewardship and daily operations management. The candidate should have 10+ years in a leadership role in professional services, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, HR operations experience (payroll/benefits), and GAAP knowledge.
