Legal Operations & Innovation Lead

Point72 is seeking a senior operations professional for its Legal team in Stamford. You will build and own the department's operational backbone, partnering with the General Counsel to execute long-term strategy, set priorities, and align resources with firm goals. You will design data infrastructure, reporting dashboards showing matter volumes, capacity and spend trends, and lead the legal technology roadmap including AI-enabled workflows and vendor management.
