Banking Transactions Counsel - Credit & Syndications

LevelUP HCS is supporting a European banking client with a new role on the legal team focused on financing documentation through ongoing negotiation, drafting and review of bank-financed transactions. The position requires 3 to 7 years of corporate banking/financial services law, admission to the New York Bar, and experience across senior, secured, subordinated or unsecured credit arrangements, multi-currency facilities, letters of credit and related financings.
