This position is located in Blackfoot, ID.We are looking for a motivated, resourceful 1031 Exchange Coordinator to manage exchange files from inception through completion. This role prepares accurate documentation, tracks critical IRS time requirements, supports complex transactions, and communicates with clients and professional partners throughout the exchange process. Why You Will Love Working Here Family-owned organization with a long history of employee longevity Supportive, collaborative team culture with meaningful career development Engaging work that combines service, problem-solving, and attention to detail Opportunity to build specialized knowledge in 1031 exchanges Key Responsibilities Gather the information needed to open and process 1031 exchange files from inception through completion Prepare exchange agreements, assignments, improvement and lease agreements, deeds, notes, EIN requests, operating agreements, and other required documentation Monitor and fulfill applicable IRS documentation and timing requirements Research and organize information to respond to questions from clients, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and accountants Maintain accurate files and recordkeeping systems and provide clerical, administrative, and light bookkeeping support Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, in person, and through written correspondence What We Are Looking For You naturally see the bigger picture while staying focused on the details.
