Service Writer

Roberts International Trucks is looking to make an immediate hire for a qualified personable service advisor. This position is to act as the liaison between our customers and service technicians. The service advisor's responsibilities include greeting customers, listening to requests, scheduling appointments, checking in repairs, estimating costs, and conducting inspections. The service advisor will ensure customer service by working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline, and working with technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions. We are looking for a highly motivated candidate with excellent customer service skills, interpersonal, and high communication skills. You should also understand commercial truck/ automotive technology and of the commercial truck/ automotive industry.
