Vice President of Risk Management

Key responsibilities: Lead and strengthen the organization's enterprise risk management framework, ensuring significant risks are identified and communicated to senior leadership Establish and maintain a second-line compliance risk management framework, conducting periodic compliance risk assessments and developing a Compliance Monitoring Plan Develop a risk-based framework for assessing new funding opportunities and coordinate risk assessments with relevant functions to identify potential risks before accepting funding arrangementsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in business, finance, law, accounting, international development, risk management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred Significant senior-level experience in enterprise risk management, compliance, or governance Demonstrated experience designing or leading enterprise risk and/or compliance programs in complex organizations Strong understanding of risk-based compliance monitoring and the roles of management, legal/compliance, and Internal Audit Experience with U.S. Government-funded programs and applicable compliance frameworks strongly preferred
