Finance Counsel — Renewable Energy Projects

AES Corporation is seeking a lawyer with 3–5 years of renewable energy project finance experience to advise on tax equity, debt financings, and project documentation related to solar, wind, and storage projects. You will work with AES team members and outside counsel to coordinate closings and structuring of complex financings. The role requires strong communication and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments while delivering strategic legal support to senior leadership.
