Home-Visit Advanced Care Provider (PA/NP)

Sollis Health is seeking an Advanced Care Provider (PA/NP) for its at-home concierge house calls team in New York. You will conduct in-home visits under physician supervision, manage urgent and emergent care, and support pediatric and adult patients. This full-time role operates primarily in the New York area with shifts 9am–9pm, three per week. The position requires a PA/NP license in New York, relevant emergency/urgent care experience, and DEA/BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
