Non CDL Route Driver - Local Delivery

About the Role: As a Non CDL Driver, you will operate a 26’ box truck with a lift gate to complete multi-stop deliveries of furniture, appliances, medical equipment, and other consumer goods. This is a hands-on delivery position requiring attention to detail, efficiency, and customer interaction. Daily Responsibilities Operate a 26’ box truck with lift gate safely and efficiently Complete 15–20 delivery stops per day Perform touch freight deliveries at every stop Load and unload freight using a dolly, pallet jack, or lift gate Complete light assembly and in-home staging (as needed) Deliver a professional, customer-focused white glove experience Schedule & Pay $25/hr – Day Shift Tuesday-Thursday Start time: 8:00 AM Consistent local routes with home daily schedule Who Thrives in This Role This position is a strong fit for drivers with experience in: Commercial moving or furniture delivery Appliance installation and delivery Medical equipment delivery routes Final mile, parcel, or e-commerce box truck driving Regional or national delivery fleets transitioning to local work

Minimum Requirements: 12 months of verified box truck driving experience within the last 5 years Valid driver’s license and clean MVR preferred Ability to lift and handle freight safely Strong communication and customer service skills Must meet all background and screening standards
