Director, Affordable Housing Investment Strategy (LIHTC / Fund Management)

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models to support investment strategy and fund performance analysis Evaluate investment allocations across multiple investment vehicles and investor relationships Analyze portfolio composition, projected returns, capital deployment, and investment timing considerations Partner with acquisitions and investment teams to assess transaction fit and portfolio impact Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to optimize investment outcomes Support capital planning, liquidity management, and financing strategies Prepare analyses and recommendations for senior leadership and investment stakeholders Collaborate across asset management, treasury, originations, and investor-facing teams to improve execution and performance Ideal Background We are interested in professionals who have experience with one or more of the following: Affordable housing finance Tax credit investments Real estate fund management Community development finance Structured real estate investments Institutional investment vehicles Portfolio strategy and capital allocation Affordable housing syndication Real estate investment management

Qualifications: Experience evaluating and modeling complex investment structures Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities Understanding of investor economics and capital deployment strategies Ability to assess investment performance across multiple assets or portfolios Experience communicating with sophisticated internal and external stakeholders Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
