Role: Supervisor in Management Consulting Revenue Growth & Operations, specializing in the life sciences industry.
Responsibilities: Lead consulting projects for Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology clients, focusing on revenue analytics, government pricing, contract valuation, compliance, and fair market value analysis. Provide expertise on Gross-to-Net and Government Pricing, guiding service offerings and strategic initiatives. Drive cross-functional assessments to identify gaps in Managed Markets, Finance, and Medical Affairs, aligning with industry standards and regulations. Develop and implement market access and pricing strategies, including government price modeling and impact analysis. Support clients in operationalizing compliant programs, pricing development, utilization management, and price reporting. Advise on price transparency reporting and utilize data analytics for financial evaluation. Manage teams through requirement gathering, contract modeling, testing, and training. Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Contribute to business development, proposal preparation, and marketing efforts. Oversee engagement economics such as budgeting, billing, and risk management.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree required; 6+ years of relevant experience. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities. Excellent communication, project management, and relationship-building skills. Team-oriented, detail-focused, and adaptable to ambiguity. Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Qualifications: Degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, MBA, or project management certification. Knowledge of global regulatory requirements and experience communicating with executive-level stakeholders.
