Chief Operating Officer, Multi-location Behavioral Healthcare Services We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer for a dynamic and growing multi-location national behavioral healthcare services provider backed by a reputable financial investor. Our client is seeking an operationally-focused, strategic partner to the CEO to lead the business through continued growth and expansion. An ambitious growth plan has been conceptualised to expand the business and we wish to recruit a suitably qualified, seasoned executive with industry experience to execute this strategy. Your mandate is to oversee all operational aspects of this multi-location healthcare services provider and to drive best practice implementations while integrating a network of locations executing on innovative service strategies and initiatives to expand the growth and attraction of the patient experience in each location. The successful candidate will be a data-driven, analytical operator with experience leading a large-scale, multi-site behavioural healthcare business with meaningful financial backing.
