The role: This entry-level position builds foundational hospitality leadership skills through hands‑on rotations in guest service, operations, and team support. Work setting This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position. What You’ll Handle Rotate through guest-facing and operational departments Learn service standards, scheduling, reporting, and daily workflows Interact directly with guests and team members Assist supervisors with service recovery and operational priorities
Candidate profile: A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
