PHYSICAL THERAPISTMissionB-Health's Physical Therapy approach is to provide skilled manual based therapy and neuromuscular movement retraining to optimize one’s mechanics of movement and activity tolerance of all levels in a nurturing and serene environment. With the decrease of reimbursement rates and growing consolidation of private practices, the role of the physical therapist in the health care system is being stressed and minimized through micro-management. Physical Therapists are being asked to reduce their time with patients and limit their scope of practice to incorporate higher reimbursement treatments that may not necessarily be the most effective We are referred patients because of the quality of service, the scope of service, the customer service, and the community service we provide. These are significant differentiators that allow our practice model to thrive. At B-Health, we recognize the true importance of the Therapist. Our treatment sessions are one-on-one, patient centered and in private well appointment treatment rooms to allow our therapists to provide outstanding patient care.
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and positive team member who wants to utilize their manual therapy skills and take advantage of an established caseload to join our physical therapy clinic. A professional and experienced Administrative staff ensure seamless scheduling and billing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Performing session by session evaluations and reevaluations
  • Manual therapy based treatment and neuromuscular movement retraining
  • Establishing a treatment plan with functional and activity related goals
  • Appropriately progressing the treatment and goals
  • Providing appropriate documentation for MD’s as needed
Required qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited PT program
  • Current state licensure3-years of experienceCPR certification
  • Preferred but not necessary qualifications
  • Manual Therapy
  • Functional Dry needling
  • VestibularPelvic Floor/Women’s Health/Pelvic
  • CompensationUp to $2,000 CEU Reimbursement Available
  • Hours available between 20 hours to 40 hours per week
  • Hourly rate $60 -$65 per hour
