VP/AVP – Warehouse Finance Middle Office

Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day warehouse lending operations, including fundings, paydowns, collateral onboarding, collateral releases, and facility maintenance Review and validate borrowing base calculations, margin requirements, collateral eligibility, and facility utilization to ensure compliance with facility terms and internal procedures Coordinate client funding requests, loan sales, payoffs, and other transaction-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution Monitor reconciliations and exception management to ensure client activity, custodian records, and general ledger balances remain accurate and synchronized Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, custodians, servicers, and internal stakeholders, resolving operational issues and responding to inquiries in a timely manner Direct new client onboarding and warehouse facility setup, including account configuration, documentation review, testing, and implementation Partner with Technology, Credit, Operations, and Business stakeholders to advance the RMF operating model, strengthen platform controls, and support the long-term evolution of systems, data flows, and governance

Requirements: VP/AVP – Warehouse Finance Middle Office Minimum 5 years of experience in Residential Mortgage Finance and warehouse lending, with strong product knowledge and expertise in borrowing base calculations Demonstrated understanding of MRA/PSA agreements and hands-on experience setting up, testing, and maintaining warehouse lending facilities Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and validate complex calculations across legal documentation, collateral, funding, and financial data Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely execution in a highly controlled, deadline-driven environment Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting; familiarity with SQL and Pro Merit preferred
