About the Role: We are seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering children with autism to reach their full potential. As a BCBA at Ahead ABA, you will be responsible for: Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans Supervising RBTs and providing ongoing training and support Conducting assessments and adjusting treatment goals as needed Collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success Maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards

Requirements:
  • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives
  • Compensation and Schedule
Pay Range: $95 - $120/hour
Full-Time : 10 hours/week or Part-Time Available
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
