Infusion Home Care RN - Per-Diem, Flexible Cases

Always Compassionate Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform infusion therapy in patients' homes across Columbia and Ulster counties. This per-diem role emphasizes patient assessment, IV care, and safe administration of biologics. Responsibilities include initiating care visits, following treatment plans, educating patients, and coordinating with the infusion team. NYS RN license, BLS/ACLS preferred, and reliable transportation are required.
