ASAP Team-based, multidisciplinary environment Schedule Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM No nights or weekend call Practice Environment Average patients per day High-volume FQHC system serving underserved and uninsured populations Collaborative team including physicians, APPs, behavioral health, and dental providers Approximately 180,000 visits annually across 48,000 patients
Requirements:
