Htprof is seeking a Senior Estimator – Underground Utilities in the San Fernando Valley/Los Angeles County area. The role leads estimating and bid preparation for major heavy civil infrastructure projects, focusing on underground wet utilities such as water, sewer, and storm drain systems. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of heavy civil estimating experience and at least 5 years in underground utility estimating, with proficiency in reading plans, geotechnical reports, and related software.
