AVP, TikTok Shop Growth & Creator Partnerships

L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division - USA seeks an AVP, Tik Tok Shop to lead the channel strategy for Tik Tok Shop across the US LDB portfolio. You will own the P&L, drive GMV growth, and scale a creator and affiliate ecosystem with dermatologist and healthcare professional partnerships. Bonus focus on regulatory-compliant claims, data-driven decisions, and collaboration with Medical/Regulatory/Legal, brands, and Tik Tok platform teams. Hybrid office presence required in New York.
