What You Will Do: Prepare, bake, finish, and present pastries, Danish, cakes, and other bakery items with consistent quality and appearance. Support high-volume production by following recipes, portion standards, production procedures, and efficient timing. Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace while safely using bakery equipment, knives, and kitchen tools.

What You Bring: At least two years of professional baking experience in a bakery, pastry kitchen, bake shop, or high-volume food production setting. Experience producing pastries, Danish, cakes, and related baked goods with strong attention to detail. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, food safety, and commercial kitchen quality-control practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistent portions and presentation. Bilingual Spanish and English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications: ServSafe certification or demonstrated knowledge of commercial food safety and sanitation procedures. Experience with menu planning, ordering, merchandising, catering, fryer work, grilling, or broader food and beverage operations. Strong professional references and reliable availability for day or overnight shifts. Schedule, Pay, and Benefits: Full-time, in-person position in Yonkers; approximately 40 to 50 hours per week.

Starting pay: $20.00 per hour (varies depending on experience). Day and overnight shift availability preferred.
