Responsibilities: Performs phlebotomy and specimen collections. Assesses and maintains quality of specimens. Communicates with patients and customers. Assesses specimens. Performs urine drug screen collections and industrial screening as required. Supports life long learning. Completes assigned goals. Specifications Experience Minimum Required High school diploma or equivalent Skill in communicating clearly and effectively in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties. Training Minimum Required Training as acquired in an approved phlebotomy training program Special Skills Minimum Required Basic computer literacy.
