Tech Operations Associate Property Software Support

Bridge Property Management is building a new technology team and seeks an Application Support Associate to handle property-management software issues, from intake through resolution. You will work with onsite and corporate teams across multiple platforms, including Yardi and RealPage, while learning our ServiceNow-based IT support model. You’ll test software updates, document fixes, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
