Tasting Room Sales Lead - Premium Winery Experience

Turnbull Winery in Napa Valley is seeking a Sales Lead to help oversee day-to-day operations, guest experiences, staff mentoring, and drive sales on the floor. You will report to the Tasting Room Manager and help lead the team, solving problems and improving guest experiences with a high standard of hospitality. The Sales Lead will host tastings, train staff, manage reservations and events, and act as second in command when the Manager is absent.
