Work Environment: 75% and up travel to Gainesville, FL, San Diego CA, or Marietta, GA, depending on assignment, per clients needs.

Required Skills: Experience in healthcare client facing consulting. Healthcare certifications in coding audits are a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders. Proficiency in data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving. Significant experience in project management, process improvement, and implementation support. Preferred Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS & CPT/HCPCS coding guidelines and reimbursement methodologies. AAPC or AHIMA Certified coding professional: CIC, CPC, CCS, RHIA, RHIT preferred for a Mid-Cycle Coding Consultants. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $113,520.00 - $226,555.68 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%. including offering a competitive benefits package. R1 RCM Inc.
