Compensation & BenefitsEstimated Rate Range: ≈$48-52/hr, depending on experience, setting, location, and status

Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
Document progress and adjust plans as needed
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
QualificationsGraduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current SD license (or eligibility)
Passionate about improving patient quality of life
Strong communication and teamwork skills
