We're partnering with a respected multidisciplinary engineering firm seeking a Senior Licensed Surveyor to join its growing Laurel, MD office!

What You'll Do: Lead and manage survey projects from proposal through final delivery. Oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic and construction surveys. Mentor and develop survey staff while ensuring high-quality deliverables. Review plats, legal descriptions, and survey documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

What You'll Bring: Maryland Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license (or ability to obtain via reciprocity).8+ years of land surveying experience. Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys. Experience managing projects, budgets, and survey teams. Excellent communication and client management skills.
