Community Grounds & Maintenance Technician

Weidner Apartment Homes is seeking a Grounds Technician to maintain the property's grounds and amenities. You will manage daily upkeep, including trash removal, landscaping, pool maintenance, and routine repairs, while providing excellent customer service to residents and vendors. The role requires physical stamina, ability to work outdoors in all weather, and reliable transportation. You may support other teams, and must pass a background check and drug testing as part of our compliance process.
